Oversee the design and analysis of transmission line systems, including structure loading, conductor selection, line routing, and foundation design, in accordance with NESC, ASCE, and utility standards.
Provide technical leadership in resolving complex engineering challenges related to line design, constructability, and system integration.
Lead and mentor a team of transmission line engineers and technical specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ensure quality assurance and compliance with project scope, codes, and client requirements through rigorous design reviews and technical oversight.
Collaborate with international teams and contribute to global knowledge sharing and best practices.
Manage project delivery from concept through construction, including estimating, scheduling, resource planning, and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams.
Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation, client engagement, and strategic planning to grow the transmission line practice.

Strong understanding of transmission line design tools (e.g., PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, SAG10, LPILE).
15+ years of progressive experience in transmission line engineering, including leadership of large-scale projects and teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).Professional Engineer (PE) license required; multi-state licensure is a plus.
Proven experience working with utilities, OEMs, EPC contractors, and engineering consultants.Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
