  • Proven understanding of key business metrics and the ability to identify and leverage growth opportunities that align with customer success and company objectives.
  • A Master’s degree or CCP certification is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to resolve conflicting data.
  • Tenacity to overcome obstacles and drive success with a proactive mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM/Sales Performance Management platforms (e.g., Xactly, Salesforce SPIFF).
  • Demonstrated ability to apply analytical skills to identify sales team and customer issues and develop effective resolution strategies.
  • Proficient in the use of Salesforce.com standard objects, reports, and dashboards.
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Solid understanding of compliance, pay equity, and regulatory considerations.
  • Knowledge of the Power Utility market, including its customer base and product offerings.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on a limited basis.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • 7+ years of experience in compensation design, with demonstrated experience in B2B or technical industries.
