Due to continued growth, the business is seeking an experienced Associate Mechanical Engineer to join its London team. This is a key leadership role supporting the development and delivery of complex projects while maintaining high technical and quality standards.

Degree-qualified and Chartered or near-Chartered with CIBSE / IMechE / IET / RICS / IWFM.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, water, power, controls, and compliance systems.
Excellent communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.
Proven ability to lead projects from design through delivery, managing budgets and client expectations.
Minimum 12 years’ experience in Building Services, including 7+ years in management.
