Lead sales and service presentations to top developers, builders and GC's in the area.
Manage and lead sales department (coach and mentor inside/outside sales reps).
Coordinate third-party inspections and resolve any identified deficiencies.
Maintain organized records of estimates, communications, and project data.
Research supplier pricing to identify cost-effective material options.
Present and adjust estimates based on client feedback and project needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project transitions and execution.
Review blueprints and project documentation to define accurate scopes and budgets.
Strengthen relationships with existing general contractors, builders, and developers to encourage repeat business.
Support contract bidding processes to expand client base.
Conduct on-site assessments to gather measurements and identify project-specific challenges.
Develop detailed and competitive project estimates covering materials, labor, and timelines.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and improve margins.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction.
Pursue new business opportunities, preparing and presenting compelling proposals.

Proven experience in roofing or building materials/construction sales (specifically commercial roofing knowledge - flat roofs, torch-on and TPO)
Experience with CRM systems, estimating software, and Microsoft Office.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
