Good understanding of virtualization concepts, resource management, and storage/network configuration within VMware environments.
Knowledge of infrastructure automation using PowerCLI, Ansible, or Terraform.
Familiarity with disaster recovery planning and implementation.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on, L2-level experience in managing and supporting VMware ESXi infrastructure, including vCenter Server, ESXi hosts, and virtual machines.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays, to provide 24x7 global infrastructure support.
Experience with HyperV and/or Citrix VDI environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and ability of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with scripting (PowerShell, PowerCLI, bash)
Experience working in providing L2 operational support and escalation management.
VMware certification (VCP-DCV or VCA-DCV) is highly desirable
Proficient in patch management, performance monitoring, capacity planning, and troubleshooting ESXi host and VM-level issues.
