Description

• Contribute to development and implementation of civil engineering strategies.
• Prepare drawings, details, schedules, and specifications using AutoCAD, Civil3D, and ArcGIS.
• Act as liaison with clients, government agencies, and contractors.
• Provide on‑site construction expertise as needed.
• Interface professionally with contractors, clients, and ISG team members.
• Support collaborative project work and adapt to project‑by‑project roles.

Requirements

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, 1‑2+ years of relevant experience, and an EIT certification. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Microsoft Office, as well as strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills, are essential. Candidates must be able to travel to job sites, manage multiple tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.

• Bachelor’s degree in accredited civil engineering program.
• 1–2+ years relevant experience and EIT certification.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and design standards.
• Ability to travel to various job sites and office locations.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, communication, report writing, organization, analytical and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑directed, able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Benefits

The position offers a compensation range of $50,000 to $95,000 annually, with flexibility for candidates whose experience falls outside the stated range.
