The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing every aspect of custom architectural projects, from concept through installation, ensuring risk, schedule, budget, procurement, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and site coordination are expertly managed. They act as the primary liaison, setting expectations with clients and stakeholders, while translating architectural and engineering requirements into actionable plans.
Imagine receiving the AEC industry's most innovative, challenging, and provocative designs from leading-edge architects, designers, and artists. At Eventscape, a Project Manager shepherds those concepts from sketch to reality in a workplace that promotes creativity, problem‑solving, and the pursuit of new ideas. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for unique projects and broad knowledge of materials, fabrication processes, and construction methods.
We seek candidates with at least five years of project‑management experience in architecture, fabrication, or construction, hands‑on familiarity with a variety of materials, and a proven ability to solve problems and plan flexibly. A background in architectural detailing, building systems, and client‑facing roles, supported by post‑secondary education in architecture, engineering, or a related field, is essential.
Joining Eventscape means becoming part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary network that delivers projects at the forefront of architecture, art, and design. Employees enjoy a fast‑paced, creative environment, an active social calendar, access to cutting‑edge machinery, and the satisfaction of seeing projects come to life, along with extended health and dental benefits and a socially conscious, family‑owned culture.
