Apply appropriate pest control treatments using various methods, including chemical applications and traps as per regulatory guidelines.
Have a safety-first attitude by completing all requested training by deadline and focus on maintaining a clean and safe job site and the ability to identify risks and hazards.
Receive and complete assigned work orders thoroughly and in a timely manner to ensure service standards are met.
Develop and implement effective pest management plans tailored to each client's needs.
Responsible for managing resident requests and engaging in proper follow-up to ensure work orders are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to meet Resident needs.
A valid driver's license, clean driver’s abstract, and access to a reliable vehicle.
A technology-savvy skillset with the ability to work within multiple programs and systems at the same time via mobile phone.
Ability to lift upwards of 50 lbs.
Ability to work outside of normal business hours and be part of the On Call Rotation.
Must complete & pass a criminal record check.
