Proper upkeep of all drinking fountains and bottle fillers throughout the facility.
Ensure compliance with Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures during maintenance activities.
Conduct routine inspections of MHE for basic functionality and safety compliance.
Assist with general facility maintenance and minor repairs (dry wall, painting, plumbing, electrical, Fab installs ).
Keep inventory of filters, lamps, bulbs, and other supplies; place orders or coordinate with vendors for out-of-scope repairs.
Oversee third-party contractors performing repairs, installations, or inspections.
Perform periodic preventative maintenance on facility systems and equipment.
Maintain lighting systems by replacing lamps, tubes, and bulbs inside and outside the building.
Perform site safety training for vendors working on-site.
Inspect and document fire extinguishers and fire main system conditions.
Serve as the on-call point of contact for urgent facility issues or breakdowns.
Act as the liaison between site leadership and vendors for all maintenance-related work.
Ensure contractors adhere to site safety standards and operational guidelines.
Coordinate immediate repairs or temporary solutions to minimize operational downtime.
