The Robotic Weld Programmer/Operator programs, sets up, and maintains robotic welding systems for heavy‑duty component production, creates and optimizes welding programs, selects appropriate parameters, and ensures consistent weld quality per engineering specifications. The role works closely with engineers, quality control, and production teams to troubleshoot, improve cycle times, and support automation, requiring proficiency with FANUC, ABB, or Yaskawa platforms, solid welding knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
