4-year degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized post-secondary institution
Excellent technical report writing experience and skills
Ability to provide effective technical mentoring to less experienced engineers
Must be a licensed Professional Engineer in NS, and/or Ontario and Alberta
Minimum 10 years experience in civil structure design on small, medium, and large civil engineering projects, ideally in the roads, rail, and ports sectors including deep excavations, retaining walls, foundations, and bridges
Technical knowledge of civil structural and bridge engineering design and analysis principles
Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaborative skills
