Scaffolding Contracts Manager (Projects)

Join a Fast-Growing Scaffolding Business and Lead Major Midlands & Oxford Projects

Work closely with Transport, Yard, Commercial, and other managers to deliver seamless, efficient project operations.

Based out of our Banbury operation and reporting directly to the Projects Director, you will be the driving force behind the success of several key projects across the UK.

You’ll oversee labour, performance, safety, and commercial delivery, while building strong relationships with site teams, clients, and internal departments.

• Lead and manage day-to-day contract operations across multiple project sites.
• Uphold a high-performance culture built on safety, pride, and accountability.
• Allocate labour effectively, forecast demand, and address shortages early.
• Oversee scaffold inspections, handovers, and site compliance.
• Monitor project costs, stock usage, and overall progress.
• View and price work aligned with commercial targets and client requirements.
• Support training, mentoring, and skill development across your workforce.
• Champion safe working across all sites and reinforce best practice.
• Collaborate with our H&S and HR teams to maintain documentation and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to TG20:21, SG4:22, and bespoke scaffold designs.
• Ensure RAMS, inductions, TBTs, and inspections are completed consistently.
• Lead recruitment of scaffolders and apprentices.

Requirements

As our pipeline continues to grow, we are expanding our leadership team and looking for an ambitious, energetic, and experienced Scaffolding Projects Manager to take ownership of project delivery across multiple live projects.

• Excellent leadership, planning, and people management skills
• Advanced Scaffolder & Inspection Card
• Commercially aware with the ability to manage programming, stock, invoicing, and productivity
• SSSTS / SMSTS (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding operations, designs, and NASC guidance
• Gold Supervisor Card (preferred)
• Confident with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong communicator who builds trust quickly
• Full UK driving licence
• Proven experience as a Scaffolding Projects Manager

Salary: £60,000 OTE + Company Car
