- Calculer et suivre mensuellement les ratios pour assurer la conformité aux clauses financières; produire le certificat de conformité et recommander des actions pour préserver la marge de manœuvre financière;
- Produire la position de trésorerie quotidienne et optimiser l’utilisation des facilités pour garantir la disponibilité des liquidités;
- Exploiter Microsoft Dynamics GP, portails bancaires, Excel et Power BI pour des tableaux de bord robustes;
- Standardiser les cycles EFT/ACH et réduire délais, frais et risques de fraude;
- Définir et exécuter une stratégie de couverture (naturelle, forwards/swaps) selon les expositions de devises;
- Rédiger, déployer et tenir à jour les politiques de trésorerie : investissements, couverture, gestion des comptes bancaires, contrôles et fraude/cyberpaiements.
- Évaluer la connectivité bancaire (états, paiements) et la feuille de route TMS; mener les business cases et recommandations.
- Administrer les facilités existantes et préparer les analyses en vue d’un refinancement ou d’ajouts si requis;
- Orchestrer le calendrier des paiements, la matrice d’approbation et les contrôles;
- Développer et automatiser un processus de prévision de trésorerie sur le court, moyen et long terme;

- Baccalauréat en finance, comptabilité, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe;
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des décisions éclairées;
- Excellente compréhension des produits bancaires et des instruments de gestion de trésorerie;
- Compétences analytiques solides, rigueur et souci du détail;
- Excellentes habiletés de communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
- Titre professionnel CPA, CFA et/ou CTP requis;
- Aisance avec les outils technologiques (Excel avancé, ERP, outils de modélisation financière);
- Expérience avérée dans la gestion de la trésorerie dans un environnement corporatif comptant plusieurs filiales et transigeant dans différentes devises;
- Paiement des frais d’adhésion à votre association professionnelle;
- Minimum de 8 à 10 ans d’expérience en gestion de trésorerie, planification financière ou finance corporative dans un environnement corporatif complexe;
- Optimiser les opérations d’encaissement et décaissement;
