In this position you will research disconnect notices, collaborate with utility providers, collection agencies, and internal team members to resolve issues, make payments to restore services, and maintain client accounts in good standing, helping prevent past‑due balances and collection invoices.
- Coordinate with utility providers, collection agencies, and team members to research disconnected accounts.
- Scan disconnect notices and link them to the appropriate Conservice database account.
- Prioritize and quickly resolve urgent disconnect notices.
- Process payments to restore utility services.
- Conduct outbound calls to providers, accounting for 30‑50% of the workday.
- Investigate root causes and resolve issues independently.
- Build collaborative relationships with team members.
- Produce high‑quality work with self‑motivation.
