In this position the employee monitors and inspects restoration tasks, ensures drying, demolition and other activities are completed, prepares documentation with notes and photos, and explains processes and next steps directly to customers while supervising technicians to maintain safety and operational standards.
The job requires frequent lifting of up to 70 pounds, extended periods of standing, walking, squatting and crawling, and the occasional use of respirators; work environments vary between heated and unheated indoor and outdoor settings.
