What you would be doing

  • Assist with financial reporting as required.
  • Ensure timesheets are processed in a timely manner including entering reports for approval
  • Cost tracking for subcontractors, and forecasting for areas of responsibility.
  • Reviewing cost code allocations and correct allocation of costs incurred.
  • Ensure expenses and invoices are processed and are in line with contractual obligations.
  • Sending out communications as required about month-end process or requirements for financial processes or timesheets process for the correct payments for workers.
  • Prepare, review and disseminate month-end reports
  • Assist in the creation and preparation of correspondence, documents, reports, presentations, and/or publications.
  • Reviewing monthly charges and challenging incorrect allocations.
