itchell is currently hiring for a Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our Texas market by maintaining positive relationships with clients and design teams, training and developing Kitchell employees to their fullest potential, and attaining the profitability objectives of the company. This employee will manage and control the total scope of services as defined in contract documents for one or multiple projects throughout Phoenix.

Ensure preparation and implementation of project chart of accounts.
Prepare instructions and coordinate bidding process; review subcontractor bids for conformance, qualifications and financial factors.
Review the subcontract pre-billing worksheet and monthly progress payment request; and monitor payment receipts and disbursements.
Confer with the Project Superintendent and the Scheduling Department to provide input for the pre-bid and master construction schedule.
Review and monitor all design and construction phase documents for conformance with the budget, schedule and prime contract.
Ensure all project estimates are prepared in accordance with the requirements of the project. Become familiar with each estimate to fully support its integrity.
Negotiate and prepare subcontracts, contract purchase orders, agreement change orders and change order requests.
Supervise, mentor and conduct quarterly check-ins for all employees assigned to this position. Perform regular performance reviews as required by company policy.
Prepare monthly project forecasts, cost reports and construction billing forecasts and other monthly project reports as required.

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture preferred.
