Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to define project scope, vision, objectives, success metrics, and expected business outcomes.
Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements to project managers, project sponsors, and other stakeholders.
Develop requirements-gathering processes.
Conduct process mapping and modeling using tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
Develop and utilize standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications.
Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
Work with stakeholders and project teams to prioritize collected requirements.
Analyze and interpret current business processes, workflows, and user requirements to identify inefficiencies/bottlenecks and recommend viable solutions aligned with business objectives.
Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, updating and redefining as necessary.
Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather requirements and pain points.
Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and the project team.
Clearly identify project stakeholders and establish user classes, as well as their characteristics.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and acceptance criteria.

Post-secondary education with specialization in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Ability to adapt to new challenges and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience with JDE and OneStream is an asset.
Lean Six Sigma, Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), and/or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) are assets.
Experience within commercial real estate is an asset.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Minimum 5 years’ related work experience in business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, elicitation, verification, and/or methodology development.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
Ability to create systematic and consistent requirements specifications and procedures in both technical and user-friendly language.
