Enhancement Crew Member

Description

This position has no supervisory responsibilities, but employees are required to adhere to internal control and compliance practices that safeguard assets, ensure segregation of duties, comply with laws and regulations, maintain confidentiality, and periodically reconcile physical assets to accounting records.

• Perform landscape tasks such as laying sod, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, and raking.
• Install sprinklers and mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units.
• Use hand tools, gas‑powered shears, shovels, and operate an 8‑foot A‑frame ladder.
• Follow internal controls to protect assets, ensure segregation of duties, and maintain confidentiality.
• Periodically reconcile physical assets with accounting records.
• Install and maintain irrigation systems.
• Work overtime, weekends, holidays, and in all weather conditions as needed.
• Perform continuous bending, stooping, and twisting throughout the workday.

Requirements

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to read and write English, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred experience includes at least six months of commercial landscaping, using hand equipment, gas‑powered shears, working from elevated heights, and handling soil, equipment, and plant materials. Physical requirements involve lifting up to 40 lb, loading up to 50 lb of plant cuttings, and continuous bending, stooping, and twisting while working outdoors in all weather conditions with flexible scheduling.

• Possess at least six months of commercial landscaping experience (preferred).
• Read and write English; Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Lift up to 40 lb and load/unload up to 50 lb of plant cuttings.
