Assist and guide junior team members, ensuring high-quality, timely project deliverables.
Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of AV systems, including schematic drawings, modelling, and technical analysis.
Participate actively in business development activities, including bid proposals and commercial reviews.
Collaborate with design teams and engage with clients to develop strong relationships and secure new projects.
Prepare technical specifications, proposals, reports, and client presentations with accuracy and professionalism.

A recognized tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related discipline, with 5+ years’ experience in AV consulting or system design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, EASE, and other relevant software tools for AV design and modelling.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to undertake high-level technical assessments
A structured, creative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to manage priorities under pressure and maintain a customer-focused mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting both formally and informally.
