Annual Revenue
The firm consistently delivers economical and reliable projects that balance cost and quality.
Founded in Southern California, RAM Construction built its reputation as a go-to general contractor for commercial spaces.
From its roots in ground-up construction, it expanded into tenant improvements and retrofits, adapting to complex urban projects.
Operating from offices in Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Phoenix, it serves a broad West Coast market.
Their project portfolio spans creative offices, life-science labs, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, entertainment studios, and retail outlets.
Typical projects include transforming existing spaces into high-end offices, retrofitting industrial facilities, and constructing specialized lab environments.
They distinguish themselves by treating clients as long-term partners and extending their team’s expertise into every project.
Technological integration—using tools like Trello, Canva, and Procore—supports streamlined design, planning, and execution.
Despite being mid-sized, they bring boutique customer focus and regional agility to large-scale commercial builds.
