- Validate recoverable expenses, apply exclusions and caps, and assess amortization requirements.
- Generate portfolio performance reports and resolve tenant billing inquiries in collaboration with Property Managers and Asset Management Analysts.
- Prepare CAM Reconciliation invoices and deliverables for tenants.
- Oversee financial processes in Yardi and review automated OPEX analysis for accuracy.
- Support due diligence for acquisitions/dispositions and manage prorations.
- Analyze financial variances, calculate CAPS, and compare CAPEX bids to budgets.
- Review Budgets, CAM Reconciliations, Reforecasts, and Estimates, ensuring accurate coding, allocation, and documentation of expenses.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Yardi and other property management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field.

- Strong understanding of CAM, CAPS, and expense allocation practices.
- Experience in property management financial analysis and reporting.
