Gardener - Fixed Term

Description

The role supports the Property Manager with daily garden maintenance, requiring strong organisation, efficiency, and a good level of fitness. You must be a reliable team player, manage your time effectively, and be able to work 80 hours per fortnight on a fixed‑term basis.

• Support the Property Manager with daily garden upkeep.
• Perform planting, pruning, lawn care, and related landscaping tasks.
• Keep gardening tools and equipment well maintained.
• Organise and complete tasks within an 80‑hour fortnight schedule.
• Maintain physical fitness for manual garden work.

Requirements

We are seeking a Gardener for our Nelson village. While gardening or landscaping experience is valued, we place greater importance on genuine passion for crafting great environments and an appreciation for people from all walks of life.
