Kapur is seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Engineer to join our Site Design department in Downtown Milwaukee, WI. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and will be responsible for grading and utility design using Civil 3D. This position involves working under a Professional Engineer (PE) to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional engineering setting.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal engineering standards and regulations.
- Strong understanding of grading and utility design principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- 1-4 years of experience with site design and land development projects.
- Previous internship or work experience in a civil engineering role
- Proficiency in Civil 3D software desired.
