Senior Project Manager

Description

The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple projects, shaping strategy from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring excellence in cost, schedule, cash flow, and safety. You will mentor project teams, strengthen client relationships, and influence broader business objectives within a high performing operational group.

• Direct and develop project teams to achieve SQP targets
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
• Champion safety and risk management across all project phases
• Govern cost, schedule, and cash flow with precision
• Oversee technical documentation, submittals, and record keeping
• Lead preconstruction involvement and project start up activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus twelve years of construction experience, or sixteen years of industry experience
• Tilt wall experience is a strong plus, particularly within large scale industrial or commercial programs
• Minimum eight years as a Project Manager delivering complex construction projects
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to guide teams and safeguard project outcomes
