In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining innovation mindset with deep problem-solving trusted partner relationship with SEW.ai clients, helping them understand our current and future platform / product capabilities, and supporting them through their journey for next 5-10 years. As AI Platform Success Manager, you will key platform growth owner and point of contact for SEW.ai clients. To be successful in this role, you must have an unwavering commitment to client innovation, service, excellent communication skills, and an aptitude for problem solving. Demonstrated experience in a platform growth / sales environment is also necessary. A successful AI Platform Success Manager should be a team player and have an upbeat, positive outlook.
- Drive growth by working closely with customers' technical and business executive leadership teams to deeply understand their business and technical objectives and execute strategic plans
- Manage SEW.ai and client solution improvements
- Monitoring clients’ key performance metrics and taking the necessary actions to improve them
- Working with your SEW.ai clients with a strong mindset to understand and optimize their business processes and identify areas of opportunity to increase sales, reduce costs and maximize efficiency. Foster customer loyalty by frequently visiting clients and participating in industry events
- Providing thought leadership, innovation, and having the confidence to challenge businessstrategy with your client
- Having your finger on the pulse of your client SEW.ai platform operations and business strategy measuring innovation, satisfaction, asking about challenges, and offering help when needed

- Able to understand client challenges from business and Technology perspectives
- Industry experience working in the Payments sector; SaaS start up experience preferred
- Able to influence business strategy and communicate effectively at all levels
- Able to independently develop client accounts and create more value for our clients
- Experience in having full client responsibility, developing client accounts, managing platform roadmaps, and actively pursuing cross-sale and upsell opportunities
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in a SaaS Customer Success Management or Account Management role operating or supporting clients
- Relevant bachelor / master’s or bachelor’s degree
