The Leasing Associate is responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations. The role handles signing leases and acts as a landlord on behalf of property owners.
Candidates should have an associate’s degree or equivalent, or six months to one year of related experience, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and property‑management software. A valid driver’s license is required.
Physical requirements include extended periods of sitting, occasional stair climbing, the ability to read documents and screens, lift up to 20 lb, and use mobile devices for work‑related tasks. The work environment is primarily an on‑site office setting with occasional exposure to outdoor elements and an open, noisy office space.
