- Provide expertise during bidding, construction, and post-construction phases
- Set and monitor quality standards based on project specs and fabrication processes

- Identify non-conformities, investigate root causes, and ensure corrective actions

- Lead quality inspections of fabricated products onsite and at subcontractor locations

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Manager required
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; including effective listening skills
- American Welding Society (AWS) Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)
- Ability to sit or stand for entire shift
- Bachelor’s degree or related field required
- Problem solving and decision-making skills; attention to detail a must
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Ability to lift, on a frequent basis, at least 50 pounds
- Travel will be required to attend training and meeting
- AWS D1.5/D1.5M experience, working for USACE or similar projects preferred
- Working knowledge of computers and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, and Procore
- Extensive Knowledge and expertise in nondestructive testing (NDT) required
- Ability to speak, write, and understand English clearly
- Occasionally requited to stoop, bend, walk, crouch, and climb
