  • Promote People Analytics & Workforce Reporting strategy, support model and execution
  • Generate insights to yield valuable organizational, functional and segment actions YOU HAVE:
  • Assist and monitor the security and access of Tableau HR Enterprise Hub
  • Lead the execution of ad hoc manual requests from stakeholders
  • Develop in partnership with Manager analytics deliverables (e.g. Board Reporting, People and Culture Scorecard, etc.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly reporting processes to include updating Tableau Dashboards, gather insights from Tableau Dashboards, and provide ESG metrics to Leadership
