Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
Quality management and BCAR co-ordination
Driving the project forward by being ahead of requirements
Checking plans, drawings and supervision of subcontractors across the project.
You will oversee quality control and quality measures on sites.
Handle technical queries when necessary and interface with the client, consultant and architect with regard to RFI's.

Experience in low rise traditional masonry build of 20+ residential units

Have over 10 years experience - ideally within a main/specialist contractor
Ability to lead with confidence, mentor and motivate the team
Computer literate and familiar with MS office, excel, project, (or similar scheduling package)
Team player with ability to build effective relationships at all levels
