Senior Scheduler

Description

• Supervise updating of schedule forecast to reflect most current plans and
• Provide scheduling, resources and progress measurement reports in support of weekly and monthly reporting.
• Actively supports the Company’s commitment to safety and its Core
• Interface with other departments to provide scheduling data for items such as subcontract change requests, bid comparisons, new work item estimates and resolution of potential work schedule
• Represent the Company at all times with high moral standards while adhering to the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and
• Provide schedules and histograms summarizing all active proposal projects.
• Assemble scheduling data from a variety of sources including engineering, vendors/suppliers, subcontractors, or others.
• Support Management through preparation and maintenance of schedule reports and progress analysis.
• Manage other project interface schedulers.
• Provide supervision and on-the-job training to clerical and entry level professional personnel assigned to area of
• Perform additional assignments per supervisor's
• Provide schedules and histograms summarizing all awarded work.
• Develop detailed EPC schedules with the Project and Management teams.
• Perform tasks required to develop and maintain schedules for capital projects, including the integration of multiple logic-tied EPC schedules from the home office.

Requirements

• 5+ years of major project scheduling experience specifically in Primavera P6, including the detailed planning of engineering, procurement, and construction work activities.
• Ability to follow planning issues through to completion, involving all appropriate stakeholders.
