Manage project teams, delegate tasks to office and field staff, and execute daily project activities.

Knowledge of GIS and database management is a plus.
Experience at consulting engineering firms and knowledge of applicable Federal and Michigan laws and regulations (experience in adjacent states is a plus).
Strong understanding of field sampling and investigative protocols.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Geological/Hydrogeology, or Environmental Sciences (advanced degree is a plus).
7 plus years of project experience in environmental site assessment, site investigation, and soil and groundwater remediation.
Preferred professional registration such as PE, PG, or LSRP.
Strong knowledge of contaminants' fate and transport in subsurface and experience in conceptual site model development.
Ability to maintain strong and consistent client outreach.
Experience in remediation, site assessment, project management, and environmental science.
Self-starter, able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in environmental site assessments (ESA), site investigations, and environmental compliance.
Experience with statistical review of data.
Possession or completion of 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Travel up to 40%, including local, regional, and rare national trips.
