Manufacturing Assembler

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Operate forklifts and follow OSHA safety procedures (if trained)
• Use Microsoft Office products for documentation and work instructions
• Use hand and power tools to cut, crimp, and terminate wires
• Conduct factory testing and complete quality documentation
• Read and follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions
• Assemble mechanical and electrical components for BESS enclosures
• Perform AC and DC wiring (22 AWG to 500 MCM)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. This role will involve mechanical assembly, AC/DC electrical wiring, and testing of our Battery Energy Storage Systems. The ideal candidate is a hands-on individual with an interest in quality work, safety, and continuous improvement. • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Familiarity with OSHA and ISO procedures (a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Experience with large conductor wiring (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in electrical assembly, manufacturing, or production
• Forklift operation experience (preferred)
