This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of governance, transformation, and sustainable development, engaging directly with senior government stakeholders, multilateral agencies, and internal teams to design, implement, and manage impactful projects.
- Actively lead or contribute to proposal development, including writing of technical approaches, project plans, and budgets.
- Support development of innovative tools, frameworks, and IT-enabled governance solutions.
- Contribute to thought leadership through publications, blog posts, and speaking engagements.
- Monitor project performance, risks, and challenges; develop mitigation plans and ensure continuous learning and adaptation.
- Oversee end-to-end project management—ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior government officials, donor representatives, industry experts, and community leaders.
- Act as the key point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring responsive communication and proactive issue resolution.
- Embed public sector reform principles in project design—ensuring alignment with institutional priorities, scalability, and sustainability.
- Co-develop policy recommendations and reform roadmaps with government counterparts for long-term institutional impact.
- Conduct rigorous research and analysis on governance systems, socio-economic indicators, digital governance, and urban development trends.
- Prepare high-quality reports, knowledge products, and presentations for internal and external dissemination.
- Map opportunities and assess emerging sectoral trends; identify and pitch strategic business solutions to clients at the right time.
- Facilitate co-creation workshops, consultations, and capacity-building sessions with diverse stakeholders.
- Provide leadership to multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring clarity of roles, accountability, and output delivery aligned with objectives.
- Engage in client acquisition efforts, participate in pre-bid meetings, and represent the organization at forums and stakeholder dialogues.
- Lead and grow a portfolio of public sector reforms and governance projects across various geographies of IPE Focus.

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Manager with a proven track record in leading public sector advisory, governance reform, and institutional strengthening initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in government systems, municipal & public finance, IT enablement, and policy advocacy, along with the strategic acumen to pitch innovative solutions and scale our project portfolio across Geographies.
Master’s degree in Public Policy, Economics, Planning, Development Studies, Management, or a related field.

- 8–12 years of experience working in or with public sector institutions, consulting firms, think tanks, or multilateral organizations.
- Willingness to travel and work across diverse geographies.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale development projects, writing successful proposals, and engaging with senior government stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of public sector operations, institutional development, PPP models, urban reforms, and digital governance.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills with the ability to drive outcomes in complex and dynamic environments.
