Universally EPA Certified
Ability to work as part of a team with a strong sense of teamwork. Highly motivated.
Demonstrated commercial expertise in boilers, chillers, pneumatic controls, digital controls, and packaged HVAC equipment.
NH Gas license preferred
Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, problem recognition and problem-solving skills
5 years of commercial HVAC maintenance experience
High School diploma/GED required + equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated refrigeration and controls experience.
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
Able to respond to the workload of service calls in a professional manner.
Ability to work well under pressure and to the deadline.
Ability to troubleshoot HVAC components with built-up systems and package units, which may include chiller air handler pump towers, cooling towers, control systems, boilers, and air handling systems.
