We are seeking a CNC Machine Technician to boost our capability and capacity for small‑batch work, delivering high‑quality transmission components primarily for the motorsport and aerospace sectors, adhering to a right‑first‑time philosophy.
The successful candidate must be able to interpret technical drawings and route cards, operate gear manufacturing machines such as the Gleason GP300 ES Shaping, Gleason‑Pfauter 200, and Liebherr LC20 hobbing machines, and possess strong knowledge of cutting spur gears, helical gears, and splines using hobs. They should be comfortable reading, editing, and adjusting CNC programmes, demonstrate proactive problem‑solving, support continuous improvement, and be flexible to assist other manufacturing areas and work additional hours when required.
