- Ensure maximum return is gained for the organisation (in line with company policy and contractual obligations) throughout the project lifecycle
- Task allocation and project management, managing multiple projects to time, budget and quality and ensure that customer expectations are met or bettered in the delivery of IT infrastructure and services
- Coordinating the implementation of all aspects of IT required for operational site implementations, moves and closures
- Administrative tasks such as managing tickets and allocating work, ordering equipment, booking contractors and responding to email enquiries
- Identify best practice and implement improvements in project delivery
