Lead creative direction for marketing collateral, presentations, and digital assets with internal and external creative teams.
Establish KPIs and use data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and tactics.

Maintain and evolve Brandywine’s brand identity, ensuring consistency and relevance across all materials, platforms, and experiences.
Manage relationships with agencies, consultants, and creative vendors.
Foster a high-performance, collaborative marketing culture.
Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
