The entry‑level engineer role is designed to develop professional engineering skills through guided assignments and limited client contact. The incumbent works under close supervision, receiving direction on routine tasks and having all work reviewed by senior staff. Responsibilities include using CAD and computer‑aided design tools, entering data, reviewing drawings, preparing design documents, and participating in field activities.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, have 0‑3 years of experience, and ideally have passed the EIT exam. The position requires the ability to travel to work sites as needed and a willingness to attend seminars and pursue professional development.
