Traffic Control Plan Designer

Description

• Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
• Join and maintain Union membership
• Prepare Plans for Submission to Leadership and Controlling Agencies
• Provide Leadership adn Direction to Traffic Control Technicians
• Design Detailed Traffic Control Plans Using Applicable Software
• Create Traffic Model, Analyze Data, and Prepare Reports to Improve Traffic Flow
• Update Plans Based on Feedback and Construction Phases

Requirements

• ATSSA Certification Preferred
• 5 Years of Traffic Control Experience Preferred
• Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
• Requires the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
• Experience Designing Traffic Cotnrol Plans
• Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
• Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
• Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
