Monitor performance, manage reporting and implement improvements.
Prioritise health and safety for yourself, team, and site operations.
Oversee operation, maintenance and repair of flexible power generation assets.
Lead and develop a team of Operations Engineers, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Coordinate with contractors, support site handovers and ensure compliance with policies.
Optimise plant availability, minimise downtime and support complex maintenance.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Good practical engineering experience (Gas / BESS etc)
Experience in managing a team of operations engineers
Understand of large machinery from an operational perspective
Experience in managing large operational power assets (Gas / BESS)
Hands on knowledge of plant maintenance
UK Driving License Required
