Represent Savills professionally at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.
Prepare and deliver tailored business pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for exclusive leasing mandates across residential and commercial assets.
Maintain accurate client records, proposals, and progress updates within CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams — including Research, Marketing, and Agency — to develop effective leasing strategies and marketing campaigns.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform business development strategies.
Support the team in achieving revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the leasing portfolio.
Generate new leads and secure property management and leasing contracts.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports for potential clients.
Coordinate with leasing and property management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, investors, and corporate clients.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords, developers, and investors to position Savills as the preferred leasing partner.

Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and leasing process.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in business development, leasing, or real estate sales (UAE experience preferred).
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
