- Perform inspections and develop reports in accordance with national bridge inspection standards requirements to determine maintenance or repair needs.
- Load rating of existing bridges.
- Provide PE review on reports and the quality control process.
- Manage work in the field and mentor staff, leading to the execution of projects of the highest quality.
- Perform emergency inspections of bridges damaged by collision and floods.

- Proficient technical writing skills
- PE or ability to gain one within 6 months
- ADCI Commercial Diving certification is required.
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be physically able to peform bridge inspections in the field
- BS Degree in Engineering (Civil or Structural preferred) from an accredited University
