You will design, lead and deliver the transformation roadmap, rebuilding processes, systems and controls for Finance and Procurement. The role involves defining new ways of working across record‑to‑report, purchase‑to‑pay and forecasting, leveraging automation and technology to create insight‑driven teams that deliver outcomes with speed and influence.
- Lead design and implementation of the finance transformation roadmap, ensuring delivery against key milestones, benefits and governance standards.
- Redefine core financial processes (Record to Report, Purchase to Pay, Budgeting and Forecasting) to eliminate duplication, reduce manual effort and strengthen control.
- Oversee implementation and optimisation of financial systems, ensuring integration across Finance, Procurement and wider business platforms.
- Drive automation and digitisation of processes, embedding technology that improves accuracy, efficiency and reporting timeliness.
- Establish a robust performance and reporting framework with KPIs, dashboards and management information to enable data‑driven decisions and accountability.
- Introduce a sustainable operating model, clarifying responsibilities, workflows and service levels across Finance and Procurement.
- Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to embed a culture of commercial insight and proactive business partnering, aligning BAU and continuous improvement.
- Deliver a clear transition and handover plan to ensure enduring capability and ownership after the programme.

The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with proven experience delivering end‑to‑end finance transformation programmes in complex, regulated or multi‑entity environments. Strong expertise in operating model design, process re‑engineering, digital finance, and the ability to lead through influence and align senior stakeholders is essential.
