Senior Project Manager (Polished Concrete/ Epoxy, Construction)

Description

The Project Manager’s primary focus is the sales and marketing of installed polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems, as well as related materials, for end users in commercial, retail, and industrial markets. The successful candidate will have sales and account/territory development experience, preferably within the flooring industry.

• Develop accounts and territory through follow‑up, cold calling, telemarketing, target marketing, and business development meetings.
• Conduct site inspections, deliver proposals, and demonstrate materials for new and existing accounts.
• Provide accurate information for creation of customer proposals.
• Drive regional sales growth and build market presence.

Requirements

• Travel overnight as required.
• 2‑3 years of territory/account development experience; flooring or construction sales background preferred.
• Proven ability to qualify and close sales with a strong success record.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time and territory management; motivated to acquire new accounts.
• College degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, U.S. work authorization, and pass pre‑employment drug test.
