The SITE LEAD – WCM/CI/PP will oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of World-Class Manufacturing (WCM) practices, Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, and #PlanetPassionate projects on-site. Responsibilities include coordinating related programs, training staff, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to quality and sustainability standards. The Site Lead will also manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, oversee project timelines, and strive to optimize operational efficiency. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Dammam.
To provide support on the upkeep of key programme documentation and maintain accessible records of documentation on a document management system.
Supporting the Project Manager/Director Operations in providing a full design and delivery service of their projects.
To contribute as a team member to the development of the Programme Management Office.
Preparing contract documents and tender drawings using AutoCAD.
Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) is emphasized throughout all phases of the project.
To support the drafting of any necessary project documents or papers as directed.
Establish the project baseline and ensure that it is fully documented, updated throughout all project phases, and appropriately communicated to Kingspan project team.
Manage the Programme Management Office mailbox and support other programme or admin related mailboxes as needed.
Organize project meetings: prepare the agenda, circulate papers, take minutes and ensure action points are taken forward and decisions recorded.
