Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety standards
Mentor and guide staff to encourage continuous improvement
Independently prepare and manage installation services
Record hours, allowances, and subcontractor data accurately
Maintain project documentation, including QA/QC reports
Support commissioning activities and provide technical guidance on dry outs
Supervise and execute refractory lining projects
Plan, schedule, and allocate manpower, tools, and materials
Carry out service calls for repairs and fault analysis
Act as the main point of contact for clients onsite
Collaborate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
Requirements

Proficiency in MS Office, and CAD (ability to read drawings)
IOSH Safety training (or equivalent)
Forklift licence
Knowledge of furnace construction
Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe
Experience Minimum 3 years’ experience in the refractory industry
Experience in refractory installation, maintenance, and supervision (steel, cement, glass, aluminium & petrochemical industries)
