The role conducts pre‑pour and post‑pour inspections to verify that concrete members meet tolerances required by shop cards and PCI standards. Responsibilities include inspecting bed set‑up per shop drawings, performing concrete testing (slump, unit weight, air content, cylinder releases), setting up steam clocks for proper curing, monitoring finishing procedures, and tagging products as conforming (green) or non‑conforming (red).
