Attend job walks in coordination with Service Projects Team
Be the RK Service representative to ensure that there is a clear understanding & transfer of up to date information.
Identify possible problems/issues and coordinate solutions.
Create scope summaries that clearly define project and maintenance contract pricing and responsibilities.
Offer solutions and gather information to keep the project and maintenance contract scope clear and within budget.
Applies diversified knowledge of applicable principles and practices to a broad variety of assignments.
Facilitate the transfer of information from our customers to the RK Service team.
Ensure that all services provided by RK Service meet customer requirements.
Show demonstrable, regular contact and support to and with assigned customers.
Makes decisions independently regarding complexities and methods.
Explain and define pricing and scope to our clients.
Facilitate the transfer of projects to the Service Projects Team.
Prepare/oversee accurate project of PM estimates and scope letters.

Supervision and guidance related largely to overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts and policy matters.
College/University graduate preferred with 7 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
