Technical Manager

Description

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure compliance with design standards and building regulations.
• Drive value engineering initiatives and maintain cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression across multiple phases.
• Oversee planning applications, technical approvals, and ensure timely resolution of design issues.
• Manage all technical aspects of the project from design through to delivery.
• Ensure all technical documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with project timelines.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, NHBC standards, and planning processes.
• Proficiency in design coordination and technical problem-solving.
• Proven experience as a Technical Manager within residential development or large-scale regeneration schemes.
• Ability to manage multiple phases and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
